RETURNS

At SUNDÃRI, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full.

Only items purchased on sundari.com may be accepted for returns. All purchases from other resellers must be returned to their original point of purchase. If you purchased from one of our authorized online retailers, please contact them directly for assistance. We do not accept exchanges.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

How do I return an item?
1. Simply email SUNDÃRI Customer Support at support@sundari.com with the reason for your return to get started. Please use the word "Returns" and your Order Number in the Subject Line.

2. We will email back a Return Authorization Number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Tip:
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any misplaced or delayed returns by the carrier.
